Product Features
Electrostatic precipitator (ESP) air cleaner features a 19-blade, 1,300-sq.-inch
collection array. Its outstanding capability is due to its having the strongest
electric field of any ESP air cleaner ever made.
Four super-quiet, 120mm brushless fans yield an excellent CADR (Clean Air
Delivery Rate) with virtually no noise. CADR rating of 192 cubic feet/minute
(for pollen) is better than typical HEPA air cleaners.
There is no by-product ozone to be concerned about. The large, 1,600-sq.-inch
OzoneGuard grid converts virtually all ozone to oxygen.
Energy use ranges from 5 watts (Quiet) to 12 watts (High); a 20-minute Boost
uses 16 watts. There are no filters or UV bulb to replace. Annual operating
costs should be less than $10.

Description
Hybrid GP eliminates essentially all bacteria, mold spores and viruses in the
air it cleans. It kills germs with a combination of its powerful electrostatic
field; a cold plasma corona discharge; and by-product ozone (inside the unit).
There is no ozone to be concerned about. Its inch-thick, 86-square-inch
OzoneGuard honeycomb grid uses Engelhard Corporation's environmental
award-winning PremAir catalyst to convert virtually 100 percent of by-product
ozone to oxygen. The entire 19-blade collection array slides out in one piece
for easy cleaning. There are no filters to replace. The four small 120mm fans
have brushless magnetic DC motors that are virtually silent. The lowest
fan-speed setting ("Quiet") is barely audible - making about half the sound of a
modern refrigerator. In fact, Hybrid GP makes less noise on "High" than the
"Low" setting of that ESP air cleaner rated by a well-known consumer magazine!
